RIER offers a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our heritage-inspired collections through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
